Our assortment offers several types of wheelchairs, from standard ones to modern, flexible and well adjustable, active wheelchairs. They all share a similar folding mechanism – by folding the foot pedal mechanism up and pulling the seat cover upwards, they become narrow.
Because of the folding option, the wheelchair needs to be somewhat flexible, so that nothing would get stuck during folding.Advantage: more comfortable, since they somewhat level on uneven ground. Drawback: a part of the strength necessary for movement “falls flat” due to the flexibility of the frame. All the measures, width and depth of the seat, as well as the height of the rear of the seat can be individually adjusted when choosing a wheelchair.
The inclination of the seat and the “flipping possibility” can also be adjusted in accordance with the level of invalidity or the level of knowledge the user possesses regarding steering. The most appropriate use for these wheelchairs is as daytime wheelchairs.
